Stephen Ministry is a program our congregation is proud to offer. It is a distinctively Christian one-to-one care program offered to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances.
Our Stephen Ministers are committed Christians who
- express God’s love to others.
- have committed to a specialized 50 hours of specialized training.
- visit with a care receiver regularly and dependably.
- keep a high level of confidentially
- continue sharpening their skills with further training and practice.
Perhaps you are facing issues such as:
Ø loss of a loved one
Ø hospitalization
Ø divorce or separation
Ø loneliness or discouragement
Ø spiritual crisis
Ø unemployment or job issues
Ø a terminal illness
Ø incarceration
Ø aging
